Hand-woven by the River Thames
My name is Doreen Gittens and I am Archipelago Textiles. I was one of the original tenants of London's OXO Tower over 25 years ago, and have been hand-weaving custom fabrics here ever since.
I specialise in hand-woven textiles and use only the finest natural fibres. Silk, linen, wool and cotton are transformed into timeless fashion accessories and interior soft furnishings. During my time weaving I have won several awards, and my work has also been featured in the Tate Shop.
